We can supply direct from our Suppliers from many locations like Rotterdam, Novorossiysk and Ust Luga to name a few, either on Spot transactions and long term contracts on FOB/CIF deliveries. Refinery Procedures are standard and our prices are competitive depending on the length of the contracts and quantity being delivered.
